We are proud to announce the arrival of Maddy Jane Klingler to our home and family! Maddy arrived in this World on July 5th at 5:40 AM. She weighed 7 lbs 11 oz, and was 19 inches long and she is so beautiful! She was born to Ally, our birthmother who has been very courageous through this process! We were in the hospital for 2.5 days and were just discharged this morning. Ally got to say a goodbye earlier today with Maddy and then signed the relinquishment papers so that her parental rights were terminated and we would become the parents to Maddy. While the father has not terminated his rights, he will have 30 days to respond to the agency to take care of any concerns that he may have, hopefully he doesn't. Please keep us in your prayers that everything will go easily with him and that there will be no more complications with him so that we may be able to keep our little girl. We cannot express how thankful we are to everyone for their prayers we have definitely seen how they have already blessed our lives.
Jan, Derek, Miles, Grandma and Grandpa Beckstead are down with us in California. We got to finally show off our little girl and spend time with family while we are down here. It's nice to have family here and we can’t wait for everyone to see her.
